i’m currently living in a shared house in Surry Hills.
There are some beds available in shared girls or boys room.
The rent is $170/pw and the bond $340, for a minimum stay of 3months ($160/pw for 6months stay).
ONLY backpackers/foreign students/ WHV

About the house, we are close to Oxford st (2min walk), Centrale Station (10min) and the CBD (20min).
The area is cool with a lot of markets, shops, bars

Currently we are 10 in the house and we share :
the kitchen
2 big bathrooms
2 washing machines (use freely)
the courtyard
