Since my current flatmates (a young couple) will be moving to Byron Bay soon Im looking for somebody new to share this 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom apartment with.ABOUT THE APARTMENT:The apartment was renovated only a few months ago is fully furnished and is equipped with a 46 Plasma TV with surround sound and a Nintendo Wii in the living room washing machine dryer fridge microwave etc. Its on the ground floor has a nice sunny balcony and is only a 5 minute walk from Central Station and an even shorter walk from the next supermarket and the numerous nice bars and restaurants on Crown Street.Your room is facing towards quiet Mackey St. has a large built-in closet and the current occupants would be interested in selling their queen-size bed to you for a reasonable price.The $280 per week include all costs (broadband Wi-Fi Internet access electricity etc.).The room can be shared and is suitable for couples.You could move in at the end of June / beginning of July and should be certain that you want to stay for at least 3-4 months preferably longer. Doesnt matter whether youre one person or a couple (room price stays the same).ABOUT ME:Im 29 years old work as a copywriter and currently study Interactive Media here in Surry Hills.
