Room available in friendly house fifteen minute walk from Coogee and Maroubra Beach. Room is only big enough for a single person but will fit a double bed and has large fitted wardrobes fo storage. The house has a large open plan living room dining room and kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. We also have a garden with wooden deck and balcnony. The housemates are four young professionals made up of three irish and one english and we all work full time mon-fri aged 26-30. We are friendly fairly sporty people who are looking for a nice person to join the house. Bills and cleaning are split five ways.4 week bond would be required.
