Within the complex there are a convenient shop and two restaurants. About 10 mins by walking there is a shopping centre (including Woolworth and Aldi) at Eastlake. The cost of the room is $245.00 per wk including all expenses (minimum 10 wks). The room is a queen size furnished bedroom with own bathroom and a large terrace; off-street parking / share a garage. Gym/swimming pools/sauna facilities are available. Four wks bond is required.Only myself (a male) live there. I am a tidy friendly and quiet person and work full time. For a short stay $70 per day for the first person and $35 per day for second person (minimum 2 days).
