My wife(Japanese) stays at home to clean the house. You’ll be in a clean home. She prefers females since I work till late, you’ll barely see me.

She also bakes Japanese style cakes on a regular basis and is generous with her creations.

If I’m having a late meeting and dinner is provided at work, then she’ll cook for the tennants as a social event on the spot.

Otherwise she’s easy going and manages the home, but prefers women in the home.

If you need to brush up on your Japanese prior to visiting Japan, I would encourage you to apply. Price of rent is negotiable.
