I am looking for someone to fill a room in Redfern a 30 second walk from the train station. Well lit and safe street and a stones throw from Newtown UTS and Sydney Uni. Female student preferred and you will need to be able to pay bond of $860 upon moving in. Bills not included. Room is a little on the small side but can fit a double bed. Lots of natural light and a spacious house. We have a spacious backyard and kitchen and TV.
