We have a three storey four bedroom terrace house with a significantly sized entertaining courtyard. Spare room on the same level as bedroom which can be used for guests/spare lounge room/storage.The downstairs area of the house is almost completely open plan with separate lounge dining and kitchen sections. The kitchen (if you are a cook….and only one of us is) has a preparation island and two ovens 5 gas burners and dishwasher. Minus one stairwell the house is all floorboards.The house has a bus stop two steps from the front door to either the city or eastern beaches with central station a 10 minute walk away. Moore park is pretty much at our front door as well all the sporting facilities (and events) the stadium and fox studios has to offer. 2 minute walk to Surry Hills shopping centre and the hub of Crowne street.The bedroom itself is medium sized unfurnished with an attached balcony. Your own bathroom is included with shower sink cabinet and toilet. There is also a spare room on the same level as the bedroom which can be used for guests/spare lounge room/storage.Essentially although a couple we are just two guys looking for someone who is no nonsense enjoys the small things makes the most of the big things loves a glass of whatever (or how ever many….no prejudice including the whatever) and can either entertain or be entertained.Jonathan works many hours in retail and is studying a BA in Fine Arts full-time and John works at Saint Vincents full-time. We spend our time out with friends mostly pubs and restaurants but also like to entertain at home. Were hoping to find someone who can also take ownership and make the house their own as well.We are looking for what everybody else wants in a new housemate. Someone who is clean conversational funny friendly considerate happy makes soup when youre sick etc. We are not looking for a boarder we would really like to find someone who can be a part of the home someone who loves to arrive home and catch up with the people they share a massive chunk of their lives with.
