The terrace is split over two levels with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a large living area downstairs. The terrace features a great sized courtyard and large kitchen this is definitely a house built for entertaining!You can have a choice of two bedrooms one comes with its own bathroom and the other shares a bathroom with the other room. Both bedrooms are reasonably sized and have built-ins. The current leasees are moving out on the 21st of May while I am looking to stay on and need to find someone to take over the lease with (co-sign).
