There is a Jewish girls high school located across from the street and it surrounded by CCTV and security guards walking 24/7 so its pretty much safe. Its a very quiet flat (incl. neighbors) sitting on a little hill so natural breeze comes in almost all the time. Its an old style medium room with almost new painting and carpet.There is no built-in wardrobe but there is one cloth rack available. There is a sun room in this unit and you can store your belongings if it needs be. Electricity and gas bills are included. There is no cable or ADSL internet connected to the unit so please bring or organise your internet if needed. Im quite social love going out to pubs restaurants and cafes with mates occasionally. I swim regularly in Coogee all year. I sometimes cook dinner and love quiet times at home.
