unit is top floor. building of 6 units. older style that has been renovated. high ceilings timber floor throughout except for bedrooms which have navy carpet. the bedroom is fully furnished. bedroom has floor to ceiling double wardrobe with full length mirror doors. queen size bed. brand new mattress some linen supplied. it is a very bright airy apartment. at the spot at randwick. close to public transport coogee beach nightlife restaurants. about 8 minute walk to coogee beach. i am a clean and tidy person. i walk to work each day to the city. go to the gym in the evening. get up early go to bed early. i would prefer a non smoker however as long as you smoke outside its fine. would prefer an easy going responsible person who cleans up after themselves. i would rather no party animals. or if you are dont bring the party home. i like home to be a home and not a pub. dont mind a few quiet drinks at home. unit is open plan new kitchen new bathroom. rent is $225.p/w inc electricty
