It is a very large two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms so no sharing. The largest (massive bath shower toilet vanity) bathroom adjoins the second room and the kitchen separates the two rooms so lots of privacy. The room for rent is large and has a nice big glass sliding door. There are gas cookers and stoves. It is 250 to 260 per week but that includes gas and the hotwater is gas heated so electricity is really cheap. There is a porch and it is ground floor. It has a carspace that my car hard to park in so that is most likely always going to be free more likely to be 250 if you dont need the space. It is across from the Ritz cinemas directly near an unreal bus stop serviced by many different routes. I dont have a fridge or washer yet so someone who does would be highly regarded otherwise rental or I may purchase. It is available from 2 July and soon after then would be great.
