I have a room available in my Eastern suburbs apartment. Its in a great location with public transport to bondi and CBD restaurants pub and cinema only 5 minutes away. It is also a 10 minute walk from the beach.The flat if fully furnished although currently only has a sofa bed in the spare room. Car space + storage/garage + off street parking also available.Im pretty easy going and keep a clean house. I work long hours including some nights but enjoy a drink on days off.
