We need one more house mate to move into our beautiful house in Randwick.

We have 1 room available for one person – unfurnished. (mattress only)
The house is fully furnished (Sofa, tv, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) with a large open plan living area. We have a covered balcony area and a small garden at the front of the house – great for BBQ’s.

Its is located 2 mins away from the amenities in Randwick – cafes, supermarkets, gym and transport (buses to the city every 5 mins). 10 minute walk to Coogee beach. Perfect location.

There is free street parking which is available day and night.

You will be sharing the house with english and irish, male and females. We are looking for a clean, like minded person that is easy to get on with and will fit into our household.

Available immediately – we will consider short and long term.
Rent is $265 p/w – bills (approx. $8 p/w)
