The house is located on a quiet street and features; polished floors, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, 2 porches, front and back gardens with BBQ. There is off street parking. The houses lay out and size means we have plenty of space with really sweet Art Deco features.

In a great location, minutes to shops and public transport. We are close to centennial and other parks.

It is a large light room. The room is furnished but if you have your own furniture we can put the existing furniture into storage.

2 females 1 male & 1 dog;

We are a warm and friendly house, we all work hard and enjoy being social. Our week days vary depending on work and travel. We are incredibly flexible often eating together but not always.

Although we are social and enjoy having fun we are not a party house. On the weekend we enjoy all the usual things you would expect- hanging out at the beach, meeting up with friends for dinner and drinks, or just hanging out.
