Heya my partner and I are looking for someone lovely to take the place of our gorgeous flatmate who is sadly leaving us. The room is medium size with good light and new carpet. The unit is ground level has a balcony with a BBQ polished floorboards new beautiful kitchen lovely bathroom with bath wireless internet and foxtel. We live a 1 min walk to the 339 which goes straight into the city and a 10 min walk from Clovelly Coogee and Gordans Bay. We have laundry facilities in the building which are provided free of charge. We would really love someone in their late 20s/early 30s non smoker housetrained and friendly. We are pretty social but very busy and not around a lot.
