The flat is renovated and very cozy. Large living room and kitchen with Coggee beach/public transport to city and many shops/restaurant just 15 min. away. We also have a dryer and broadband is available (bills shared for internet/electricity and rented fridge water is included in rent). The room has a built-in wardrobe but is unfurnished.
