Fantastic Sunny Room Available in Coogee / RandwickOur spacious room is available now. It has a huge mirrored built-in and a balcony with big windows clean white walls and fresh carpets. its currently unfurnished.The unit has a share balcony fit for a barbeque. The kitchen is a fantastic size and decked out with great cookware. The sofa is big enough for friends and the dining table is rather large. We have a private laundry with dryer and washer downstairs and hanging lines outback.We are a couple in our 30s who actively love the outdoors (cycle/run). Importantly our unit is very close to the beach and parks. Its also conveniently very close to shops and transport the hospital and University.We need someone humored considerate and easygoing. Wed prefer a non-smoking flatmate with experience at independent living – either a post-grad student or a worker. No couples please. Our place is clean and tidy and wed love someone who also likes it that way.
