For there you can catch buses to: Bondi junction: 10min Coogee beach: 10min Maroubra: 20min UNSW: 8min UTS/Central: 20min Circular Quay: 30min Buses to/from the City run all night. – 5 minutes walk to Randwick shopping center (Coles Woolworth post office shopping mall library florist barbershop and varieties of restaurant ) The flat is fully furnish with sunny balcony . The weekly rent is 260(Negotiable) with a two weeks bond. This is a very friendly environment in a convenient location and includes everything you need (wireless internet kitchenware flat screen tv washing machine etc). I am looking for a single person.
