Hey guys!First of all I want to precise that this room is for 2 persons.My two flatmates will be leaving soon so I am currently looking for two nice people to move in in the end of January and willing to stay at least till the beginning of July (but if you want to stay longer you can).The room to rent is a large one so its ideal for 2 friends or a couple. The rent is $200 per person per week (including all bills except the internet bill which is only $20 per people per month). The room is completely furnished (as is the whole flat): it has a huge closet a large mirror and a large chest of drawers a night table and you can choose whether you want 2 single beds or 1 queen sized bed. The room even has a balcony.The flat is really nice with a large living room with a huge flat screen TV and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious as well. Everything is clean and neat and nobody is sleeping in the living room. ;-)The flat is in a beautiful red brick building we have free access to an amazing swimming pool and Jacuzzi and there is a nice yard if you want to read a book outside or just tan in the sun.The flat is ideally located:- it is a 10 minute walk to Coogee beach- a 10 minute walk to UNSW so its perfect for students- a 5 min walk to Prince of Wales hospital and Childrens hospital- 2 min walk to Coles and a lot of shops and a shopping center (in Belmore Road)- and a 5 min walk to The Spot with all its tasty restaurants and its cheap movie theater ($8 a movie on Tuesdays).Finally there is a bus stop just across the road which allows you to reach the CBD in 20min by bus.You would only have to share the flat with me a 23 year old French girl studying at UNSW for one more semester. I am very quiet tidy and respectful but I also like to socialize in the evenings and week-ends.
