Bus stop is just across the street. I need non-smoking female who are clean tidy and considerate. UNSW student will be more suitable.The rent is $160/week. Internet electricity and home phone line charge are included (youll only have to pay for your own calls). Toilet rolls dish washing and cleaning detergents will also be provided.
