A nice and friendly female flatmate needed for a second bed room in 2 bedroom apartment unit, located in Randwick. The room is fully furnished with queen bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. The apartment is very bright and has very nice air flow. We have fridge, washing machine, microwave, TV, and DVD players.

The street address for the apartment is 4 Coogee Bay Road, Randwick. This is a very good location with only 15 min walk to UNSW, few min to shopping centres and bus stop is just opposite the building. The buses to city centre run every 5-10 min during rush hour. Coogee beach is just 10-15 min away.

We’re looking for a friendly, mature and considerate flatmate who is also reasonably tidy and don’t mind helping with cleaning and taking out garbage.
