Ive got a room available in my 2 bedroom in Randwick (just on the border to Coogee) – really nice location lots of cafes restaurants public transport UNSW and the beach nearby. The second bedroom is a big double room 2 bathroom (only one has a shower) big living room big separate kitchen laundry… Everything is furnished except for the second bedroom rent is $250/week + bills (electricity is about $85 a month and wed split that equally). The complex is really pleasant communal grassy area and pool down the back.Im a bubbly laid back 22yo student easy to get along with neat (but not compulsive) and enjoy a laugh!
