Hi! Our awesome flatmate is unfortunately heading back to the UK for good on the 4th June and I am looking for a flatmate to share a fully furnished 3 bedrooms.
The unit is at the centre of Randwick (shops and bus stop are just across the street) and is about 20 – 30 min bus to CBD and 15 min walk to Coogee Beach.

The unit is located at the top floor of a security building with great views overlooking Coogee and the ocean.
The unit and the room are fully furnished.

A little bit about ourselves:
We are easy-going, social, friendly and neat bunch.
We are 26 and 23 years old, currently doing our PhD at Sydney Uni in Chemical Engineering (not to worry, we hardly ever discuss work stuffs at home).

I (Agus) am into my sciency-things, fitness, pop culture, contemporary folk music, psychology, singing and eating. In my senior PhD year, so I admit I don’t tend to go out much these days. But, you’ll find I’m fairly social around the house.

While Omar is into a lot of things sporty (esp. lacrosse), boats and bushwalking. He’s fairly new in town, so he’s looking to explore Sydney a bit. If you’re looking for a company to explore Sydney, he’s your man.

We prefer to have someone who is trustworthy, moderately social, clean & tidy and considerate.

Rent is $230/week for the room, including wireless internet (ADSL2+) and electricity.
