Our flatmate has just recently finished Uni and has decided to move back with his parents.I am looking for a male flatmate to share a fully furnished 3 bedrooms unit.The unit is at the centre of Randwick (shops and bus stop are just across the street) and is about 20 – 30 min bus to CBD and 15 min walk to Coogee Beach.The unit is located at the top floor of a security building with great views overlooking Coogee and the ocean.The unit and the room are fully furnished.My preference is for housemates who are:- Able to take care of things in practical matters e.g. pay things on time clean and tidy- Trustworthy and able to stick by agreements- Open-minded and considerateA little bit about ourselves:We are easy-going social friendly and neat bunch.I am 25 years old currently doing my PhD at Sydney Uni in Chemical Engineering.The other flatmate Phil is 22 years old who works in IT.Ill admit that have been relatively busy with my study lately and dont spend much time at home.So if you are looking for a party 24/7 kind of place this flat might not suit you.In saying that I really enjoy a casual chat and spending time with flatmates. When Im around youll find that me (and the other flatmate) have a lot to talk about. Always up for a couple of drinks and food (on which there are plenty in the area).I also train 4x a week at the gym across the road (mainly lifting) and quite keen on finding a workout partner.
