Flatmate wanted to share with one couple (one scientist one physiotherapist) and one guy (management consultant) all in mid-twenties. Three bedroom apartment on third floor (top) the room is a good size and has a built-in wardrobe west-facing. Wooden floors throughout. Decent sized kitchen and living room with oven stove and dishwasher. Has own laundry. Room is unfurnished rest of apartment is furnished though one of the three lounges probably needs replacing. Ceiling fans throughout. Good location is walking distance to coogee beach randwick shops UNSW frequent bus to city (373 372 or 377). Room will be available in one month (late Feb 09)Looking for someone to stay around 9-12 months at least. Suits someone who is friendly TIDY easy to get along with and doesnt mind a beer or wine.
