We are looking for a new flatmate to share a large terrace house in Paddington.

The room is unfurnished, but big enough for queen size bed and plenty of furniture.

House has large living room and kitchen, outside area, BBQ, & separate laundry, Wifi and Foxtel, Cleaner once a week. No pets or couples I’m afraid.

On a quiet street between 5 Ways and Oxford Street, 2 minutes walk from cafes, shops and pubs, and close to Chauvel Cinema and Paddington Markets.

Bus stop at top of street to City, Bondi, Bronte, Newtown.

Sharing with 3 others – 2 girls, 1 boy (mid to late 30′s)

Looking for friendly flatmate 27 years or above.

A bargain at $200 / week + bills.
$500 bond required
