Super location – only a minutes walk from paddington markets and Oxford street. It’s a terrace house which has been really well maintained, and has lots of natural light.
There is a great kitchen which has double glass doors which opens out into a lovely patio which gets lots of sun. There is a large open living room and dinning room, a bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs – the one upstairs has a giant bathtub with jets. You will be sharing with 2 professionals in their 30s, a guy and a girl. We like to try to have dinner together when we can, but generally we all do our own thing and may often meet on the sofa or in the kitchen after work / yoga / gym / drinks, the usual. Its a very easy going and relaxed home The room itself will be unfurnished, but it does have a fitted wardrobe. The rent is $320 per week and excludes bills. The bond is $1200.
