Rent will be set at $250+bills ($280 for couples+bills) until renovations are completed. Then the rent will be raised to $330per week+bills as the landlord is raising it.

Availability period: Available for 6 months (with us) then we are moving and the house is yours! We will help you find someone to fill the spare room if required.

Other information: Storage for personal items and is furnished with a queen bed and side table.

Apartment block is being renovated ATM with new large balconies, french doors & fresh paint and will be completed from two weeks-one month from JUNE

Gas, internet & water bills. You can buy your own food but we are happy to share and your own essentials. Can get parking permit at a cost if you have a car – will organise with the council
All bills for the unit, gas, internet and water are shared.

We are expecting a little baby boy in AUG 2013. We will be having him sleep in our room so not to intrude on the house, and we will keep him as inconspicuous as we possible can. We understand that this might not be ideal for people (we totally get it) but we are moving end of the year as we are building so we will help find someone for the other room before we leave and the place will be kid free on BONDI BEACH for summer xx

Description of pets
Lily & Ninja. Lily is a 7 year old Maltese , who loves cuddles and snuggling under a blanket. Ninja is a 4 year old Maltese cross who likes playing with toys and wrestling and tummy scratches. Both small and are friendly with people and other animals.
