Hi Im Natalie and I have a great 3 bedroom townhouse near the. Each in Maroubra that I am looking to share with just one other person. The place is furnished and has timber floors all new kitchen appliances and a big courtyard/balcony with district views and you can see the ocean. Available room is furnished but can be unfurnished and rents for $310 per week. The 3rd bedroom is a guest room or study or whatever. Im looking to share with someone who would rather lost a little extra and hv a big place to share with 1 other . Ive lived with flat mates for years so am looking for the usual – considerate fair cleans up etc place is available from late July.
