Well here it is.. Are you a City person who really enjoys the beach for a swim, a jog or a surf? well the guy in the pic is me and really love this place and for me waking up early and watch the sunrises in the waves is priceless..

In the morning takes me no more than 10 minutes to get to the beach with my board by bicycle but if you got a car takes you less than 5 minutes and you can park for 4 hrs for free.

There are several buses in the corner going to different locations such as the City, Central Station, the Rocks, Burwood, Bondi Juntion, Maroubra beach, the airport, la Perouse, etc. The buses to the City are 24/7 in case u party on Friday or Saturday night. I usually dont take the bus and takes me 20 minutes to get to the City by bicycle everymorning.

There is a mall called Pacific Square 2 blocks away from the house where you can find Coles, ALDI, one dollar shop, banks, butcheries, restaurants and diverse shops. If you are looking for a bigger place for *shopping* East Gardens Westfield is 5-10 minutes from the house.

The house got 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a BIG fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with a 42 LCD screen and their complements such as DVD / Home theatre / X box / digital channels and Wi fi. If you got surf boards / bicycles theres enough space on the back yard for storage and if you got a car there are lots of parking on the street.

The available room can be furnished / unfurnished / semi-furnished; I could say its big enough and there are 3 wardrobes in case u got lots of clothes, wed prefer someone someone for a long term stay but anyone is welcome to join us; We are in our early-mid 20s. We are very respectful and looking for someone who is respectful and tidy.
