One of our flatmates has taken the plunge and is moving in with her boyfriend so we have a room available The place is huge with all the living areas downstairs and a courtyard outside. There is a bus stop across the road that takes you to Coogee Bondi Clovelly as well as another bus stop at the end of the street that will take you into the city grand central Randwick UNSW and anywhere inbetween. The room is a good size with built in robes and still enough room for a queen bed and a chest of drawers and some other stuff. Rent is $220/w paid in advance plus bills. Bond is 4 weeks rent You will be living with 2 full time employed dudes one is a PT the other works in media. We arent too fussy about who we live with as long as we all get along fine.
