Hi I am a 30 yo girl moving into a 3 bedroom townhouse and I have two rooms available. The place is a modern 2 storey townhouse with 2 bathrooms a big court yard security garage and store room. It is walking distance to the beach. I am sociable and easy going and enjoy watching movies and sport and having a drink. I am a full time shift worker and travel alot so not home that much. I also have a cat who is friendly and fully house trained.
