Unfortunately a current member of our little family is moving back home and we are looking for someone just as cool to take her place.You will get to experience summer just moments from Sydneys best beach we arent biased There is a bus stop 1 block away with regular buses to the city and grand central and another across the road that will take you to Coogee and Bondi.The room will be fully furnished so all you need to bring is your clothes sense of humour and any other possessions you have. There is a wonderful outdoor area with a drink cooler it conveniently fits 2x6packs and BBQ that we intend on using very regularly when the weather is kind and your more than welcome to bring friends over to join in the activities. You will be living with 2 professionals who generally work Monday to Friday although our hours can vary. We are very laid back and enjoy catching up during the week and going out on weekends. Ideally you will be social and enjoy hanging out with us. The rent is $210 and we split bills. Couples are welcome as well and we can negotiate a price with you.
