We are two researchers male and female looking for a flatmate to fill the 3rd bedroom in a 2 story semi-detached unit. The room has an inbuilt closet a small balcony and an ensuite. We have a small backyard which is overlooked by an open-plan living-dining-kitchen. The home environment would best suit a young professional or older student (25-36yo).The house is located 10 minutes walk from Maroubra beach and 5 minutes from Maroubra junction. UNSW takes 15 minutes to get to by bus and the city is about another 30 minutes farther.The room is $250 per week with split bills or $270 bills inclusive.
