THE HOUSE

The house is fully furnished
1 bathroom
large kitchen with microwave, fridge, dinner table, a cozy couch. Utensils provided
Washing machine
Nice backyard
Great view of the beach

You will share the house with two other guys and a woman. Further, the landlady lives upstairs in her separate apartment.
It is a really quiet environment, only 10 minutes to the beach, great views.

RENT CONDITIONS

Bills included (water, gas electricity)
$10 extra per week for internet (I can leave you my broadband device, which is12GB per month)

NO COUPLES, NO PETS, NO PARTIES sorry (if you smoke, only outside)

You will be required to pay the 4 weeks once you move in.
