Based in Kingsford, the townhouse offers a 5min walk from UNSW, IGA and public transport. The house is fully furnished and includes all white goods, aswel as large flat screen, sound system and great BBQ. Also comes with a garage for storage and off street parking is available, although there is also plenty on the street.

The room on offer is 2.7 x 3.8 m with built in wardrobe and air conditioning (heating and cooling). Room itself is furnished with a queen bed and a desk (these can be removed if you would prefer to bring your own furniture)

Rent is $227 per week (not including bills, allow an extra $25 to cover internet water gas and electricity).

Looking for someone to move in 18th May 2013 (can move stuff in earlier if required).
