I have a fully furnished large room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is located off ANZAC Pde near UNSW, close to everything! It has all the mod cons including kitchen utilities, television and is fully furnished.

There is regular bus services to City, express busses in the morning and evening (mainly because there is a Uni near by so buses run till late)

Little bit about me – I’m a motion graphic designer working in the city. I like a chat and a nice glass of wine or beer after work. I usually work quite a bit so living in a party house isn’t on my list of things to do I like to relax on the weekends, probably cook, watch a movie or check out Sydney’s awesome cafes and restaurants. I am an easy-going person who likes a clean house and sociable housemates. I clean after myself and am willing to share any house chores / cleaning rosters if need be.

I love pets but unfortunately the building doesn’t allow it
