this is a nice room with some furniture fresh painted it is medium size suitable for one person not 2 sorry if your for real and genuine like us..no bond required,,to help close to all transport many shops and cinema nice parks around..and beach around 15 mins away prefer longer term because too much trouble if short stay(min 12 months with lease) friendly people here for details and more call denny as it is good to at least communicate thank you ..sorry no couples
