we are a three bedroom apartment looking for an extra housemate to come and live with us. The bedroom is available from the 31st january and is $230 per week. We live on a nice quiet leafy street on the edge of Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Womerah Ave is a short walk to Kings Cross and Oxford st close to plenty of pubs and restuarants. We have an internal laundry a nice open kitchen-dining area and a great loft-loungeroom. The house isnt huge but theres plenty of space for everyone. We all work a lot so arent home much but we are still looking for someone who is a good laugh but knows how to respect their housemates as well. We hope you like our home!
