Our little paradise includes : – 6 rooms (everyone have its own) and 2 bathrooms – living room + kitchen – a great backyard (summer is coming !) with big couches and a barbecue – 5 new great friends for you (from Australia England France Dubai and Germany) About the room : – Double bed (that you can split if you have a friend of family coming over) – TV Wardrobe couch – If you want I can leave pillows covers and sheets for you And next to it you will find : – Famous but cheap restaurants (Bill and Tony Bar Reggio Sushis Thai…) – Convenience stores and bottle shops – CBD Museum station King Cross and Oxford street (approx 5 minutes walk) – Botanical Garden to relax (10 mins walk perfect for joggers and pic-nic fans) – Buses to Bondi Bronte of Cooggee beach The rent is 297$ per week per room (4 weeks due at the beginning of each month) and there is a bond of 800 that you will have back at the end of your stay.
