Right next to Hyde Park/Museum Station (1 girl required to share with another girl) Available April 14th $210 a week (as we share the entire apartment amongst 3 people not 10) Very Large Room will be shared between 2 people. There is currently one girl staying in the room she is an international student. Rent is $210 per week and bond is $420 which will be returned to you on your departure all bills inclusive. There will be totally 4 people in the apartment (2 people on each room) and noone in the living room so its not a crowded apartment with 7-8 people as the other city apartments. Apartment is clean comfortable and in very convenient area. Apartment is on 14th level facing Oxford Street. Right next to Hyde Park. 5 minute walk to Town Hall. Simply in a great location. We have a very large balcony (your room has access to it directly) and facing west (lovely view) and large living room. Features: Two bedroom unit with huge balcony; facing Oxford Street located at 14th level. Large living room mirrored built ins beds table make-up table in the room 1.25m massive Plasma TV computer (for you to use) Media player DVD player PS2 microwave oven stove toaster fruit juicer kettle full kitchen equipments dishwasher washing machine drier ADSL2 Wireless Internet and other necessary furniture and equipments simply everything you can ever need in a house. Also there is an outdoor SWIMMING POOL and SAUNA as well.
