Our currrent flatmate is moving back to the UK so we are looking for new easy going male or female flatmate young professional between 25 and 35 years old to share a wonderful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Darlinghurst. Great location on a quiet street 1 min walk from Hyde Park and Stanley street restaurants 5 min walk to Oxford street/Crown street bars and a 8 min walk to Town Hall station.You will be sharing with two 32 year old male professionals one Australian and one from London both in the advertising industry. We both work long hours so midweek is relatively quiet and usually out on the weekends.The house is fully furnished to a high quality The bedroom is a double room with plenty of storage space and currently has a queen bed with wardrobe which can be left for a small fee.The 4th bedroom is a loft room which can be used for when guests come and stay. This room will stay as a guest room and not be rented out.Viewings will be held evenings 7pm onwards and Saturday/Sunday mornings.
