The apartment is in a perfect spot in Darlinghurst – The city, Kings Cross and Surry Hills are all about a 10 minute walk away and there are so many great bars, pubs and cafes in the area.

The unfurnished room available is spacious and bright with a sliding door leading directly on to the terrace.

About me: I’m in my mid thirties and am a Senior Marketing and Comms manage for a financial services company. I’m laid-back, social and enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the gym and going on weekend mini-breaks. I’m definitely clean and tidy, but not to a Stepford housewife level! I’m a Kiwi and have been living in Sydney for just over a year. Prior to that, I lived in London for 8 years.

I’m looking for an outgoing, friendly professional male or female aged between 28 to 38; someone I can have a laugh with and who’s happy to crack open a bottle of wine now and then just because we feel like it. Sorry, no couples.

And now the boring bits…The rent is $405 including utilities (ex broadband). The deposit is $1600. The room is available from Saturday, 15 June but I’m flexible with the moving date for the right person.
