HiI have a very large spare second bedroom fully furnished with a queen size bed bedside tables drawers and built in wardrobe with storeage. The apartment is a large apartment with separate living and dinig areas in a small quaint complex with great neighbours and a common BBQ area out the back. There is steet parking available.My apartment is stylishly fully furnished and I have an airconditioner and room fans. The bathroom includes a washing machine for convenient laundry. There is also a study nook if you need to use the computer. I am a professional and generally work quite late so I am looking for someone who is also a professional and understands the value of getting home and being able to relax.
