The house is fully furnished except the room for rent although the room has full wall to wall BIRs and can provide a single bed if required. There are 3 levels with 2 x automatic LUGs (one comes with the room for rent) laundry and spare loo on the ground floor up the internal stairs is the dining room kitchen separate lounge with massive balcony off the front with ocean views. Out the back is a paved courtyard with tables chairs BBQ badminton net etc. Upstairs again are 3 bedrooms another balcony main bathroom and ensuite off one bedroom. The room for rent is the largest and share bathroom with only 1 other.
