Hi Im looking for a flatmate to share my lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Coogee. Situated 10mins from the beach and nearby Coogee Bay Road the apartment is close to bus transport and local pubs cafes and amenities The apartment is fully furnished nicely presented and sunny! There is also a balcony with district views. The bedroom available is double-sized with its own ensuite built-ins and TV outlet. It is also furnished (but could possibly use own furniture). I am a professional who works in the Banking industry and am based in the city…I work Mon – Fri between approx 8am-7pm most days. During the week I like to relax at home and enjoy chilling out some evenings watching a movie. On weekends I like to socialise but also like hanging out at home or the beach. I am not looking for a party animal or a new best friend but someone who I can get along with and have some fun and also respects living with another person and each others personal space. It is also really important to me that my new flatmate is honest respectful and trustworthy.I will consider short-term rental ie: from 2-4 weeks as well as 1-3mths. look forward to hearing from you! :).
