A double room is available to rent in a three bedroom fully furnished apartment only two minutes’ walk from Coogee beach and 30 seconds from major bus routes.

The apartment has high speed internet, full foxtell Inc. Setanta sports, and all bill are inclusive of rent.

You will be sharing with two Irish house mates one male and one female (sharing bathroom with)

The room is a double room with large built in wardrobes and a queen-sized base is supplied with side locker.

The room will be available from the 13th of July onwards. We are looking for a long term housemate who is clean and easy going.
