Unfortunately we cannot accept couples due to restrictions in the lease.The apartment is located a short walk from the cafes and restaurants of Coogee bay road and 5-7 mins walk to the beach (depending on speed We have a nice large sunny balcony and lock up garage for storing bigger items along with our bikes surfboards (have a spare one to borrow!) gym equipment etc. People looking for a home not a merely a bed should apply. We are looking for someone very clean friendly down to earth fun respectful who will make an effort to keep everything nice whilst having a good time! A sense of humour is a must and similar interests would be great but not essential We work hard and play hard. Love sport; soccer surfing tennis squash and play often love socialising cooking good food bbqs beers bars cafes movies going to the beach… Ideally looking for 6 mths commitment but would consider less.
