URGENTFully furnished (big wardrobe queen size bed 2 bedside tables) bedroom in a furnished south coogee apartment available on Monday the 16th of May (ideally move in on this day or asap after).Looking for a couple to share for $150 each per week ($300 total).You would be sharing with two easy-going guys (one full time professional one full time student) in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment 1 garage apartment and we currently have 2 fridges a microwave washing machine lounge + 2 chairs bbq small tv and wireless ADSL2 router.The location is 4 blocks from the beach has plenty of street parking and is a short 5 minute walk to the spot and 10 minutes to Randwick / UNSW.We also have wireless ADSL2 internet with a 150GB cap for $5each per week so between this and the rent the only other expense you would be up for is electricity.You would not have to be put on the lease as the lease will be in my name only so there is no set time that you will need to commit to staying for but I would really prefer people looking to stay for a decent amount of time (as long as possible).Please email or text me a quick description of yourselves as well as how long you are looking to rent the room for and Ill sms or call you to book in a time to check out the apartment.Cheers!Chris
