The room is large furnished and with built ins and you would only be sharing the bathroom with my daughter. We also have a very cute little rabbit that is toilet trained but will mostly live in the laundry. There is an internal laundry lift balcony out to the ocean swimmng pool and new large kitchen in a secure building.
